Our condition guide is as follows:
OVERSTOCK - Item is unused with tags in original sealed box. Box may have slight damage.
OPEN BOX - Item is unused with tags in an open box or bagged. If a floor model, item may have slight scuffs due to handling
EXCELLENT - Item is used, slight scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*
GREAT - Item is used, moderate scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*
GOOD - Item is used, prominant scuffs, scratches, fading & wear, all parts are present*

Shipping & Returns FAQs
Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email confirmation sent to the email on file. This email is will act as your invoice and will provide you with your order number.
If your item is being delivered to a pick up depot you will receive an email notifying you of the earliest pick up date once it becomes available.
We know you need your gear! Our distribution team works tirelessly to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
• Incorrect or missing item
• Item not as described
• Item is not authentic
If no claim is made within 24 hours of delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
If the item arrived, but you changed your mind or it does not fit your space, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. The good news? You can always re-list the item on Rebelstork!
Unfortunately there are shipping restrictions on bulky products like cribs and rockers. To determine if the item you're interested in can be shipped to you, check the Shipping Eligibility tab on the item page.
