When starting out with a wrap, we strongly suggest starting with your basic size.
What is the "base" size?
It's the wrap size with which you will be able to comfortably do a cross wrap (FWCC). Finished with a double knot in the back, without being in the tips to tie the knot.
A person who dresses in XS or S, will usually have a base size 5.
A person who dresses M or L, will usually have a basic size 6.
A person who dresses XL, will usually have a base size 7.
When in doubt, if you are hesitating between 2 sizes, choose the larger size. You can always cut it down if needed.
