Can I return my item for a refund?
Refunds will be processed only if the below issues are reported to us within 24 hours of the order being delivered or due for pickup.

• Undisclosed damage
• Incorrect or missing item
• Item not as described
• Item is not authentic

If we verify your claim, your payment will be refunded.

If no claim is made within 24 hours of delivery, payment will be automatically released to the seller. Once payment has been released, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided.

If the item arrived, but you changed your mind, or it does not fit your space, we unfortunately cannot accept a return. The good news? You can always re-list the item on Rebelstork!

What if my item arrives not as listed?
Let us know within 24 hours of delivery or pickup due date if your item:

• Has undisclosed damage
• Has incorrect or missing parts
• Is not as described
• Is not authentic

We will work with you to rectify the issue or refund your money.

If the item arrived, but you changed your mind or decide it does not fit in your space we unfortunately cannot accept a return. The good news is you can always re-list the item on Rebelstork!

Can I cancel my order?
Due to our commitment to process orders as quickly as possible, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. They must be submitted within one hour from the time of order. To cancel your order, please contact us with your order number. Please note that sending in a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled, you can always resell it on Rebelstork!
How are items verified for condition and authenticity?
Once an item is in Rebelstork's possession, our team of experts verifies authenticity, checks the quality and rates the condition of each item.


Overstock: Never used, new in box, often comes with warranty
Open Box: Never used, open box, floor model
Excellent: Used, approx.. 0-5 scuffs/scratches, all parts present
Great: Used, approx.. 6-10 scuffs/scratches, slight fading/wear, all parts present
Good: Used, approx.. 10-15 scuffs/scratches, moderate fading/wear, all parts present

How do I know what condition the item I want is in?
The condition of each item is listed on the product page:


Overstock: Never used, new in box, often comes with warranty
Open Box: Never used, open box, floor model
Excellent: Used, approx.. 0-5 scuffs/scratches, all parts present
Great: Used, approx.. 6-10 scuffs/scratches, slight fading/wear, all parts present
Good: Used, approx.. 10-15 scuffs/scratches, moderate fading/wear, all parts present

Are there financing options available?

What are my shipping options?
There are three ways we can get you your gear:

• Shipping via courier/Canada Post (charged based on weight)
• Local Courier ($20 within the GTA only)
• Local Pickup ($5 at Penguin Pickup - 3 locations across the GTA)

Where will Team Rebby drop off my items/order?
Due to health and safety requirements, Team Rebby is not permitted to enter your home. Your items will be dropped off at your doorstep or lobby and you will need to transport the items to your room of choice.
How do I track my order?
If your item is shipped by post, a tracking number will be provided as soon as the item has shipped.


If your order is being shipped for a local pickup, you will be emailed when it is ready at the Penguin Pickup location your selected. Please note that it must be picked up within 7 days or it will be returned to Rebelstork.


If your order is being shipped by a local courier, you will be emailed with the drop off date once it is available. Additionally, an email notification will also be sent when the courier is on the way.

How is the price of the item determined?
Our proprietary pricing algorithm filters through each product and establishes a fair market value to set the price, considering brand, condition, and age.

Our goal is to sell your items quickly, at the optimal price. Since Rebelstork is a curated marketplace, if an item is not of the condition or age in demand with our Flock, it will not be eligible to be listed. Please note that Rebelstork must review each item to confirm condition, quality, and authenticity.

Where do you ship?
Rebelstork offers nationwide shipping on most products. To see if the item you're interested in is eligible for national shipping, check the shipping eligibility tab on each product page.
What is Penguin Pickup?
Penguin Pickup is a package drop centre. We bring your item(s) to the pickup location, notify you when they’re ready for collection, then you are then responsible for picking the item(s) up from the Penguin location within 7 days. Please note that ID will be required for pickup.
What happens if I bought something and, after using it a few times, it stops working?
If we don't hear from you within 24 hours of receiving your order, we'll assume everything is a-okay. After 24 hours, you assume full responsibility for the product.
If I bought something and saw a promotion at a later date, can I get the promo applied?
Unfortunately, no you cannot. Our promotions are not backwards applicable to existing orders. We recommend joining our email list if you would like to be notified about new promotions going forward.
What is the estimated response time for inquiries?
Team Rebby will respond to all Sell Form and Pickup scheduling inquiries within 2 business days. All general inquiries have an average response time of 2-3 business days.
How long will it take my item to ship?
Items housed in our local warehouse will be shipped or ready for pick up within 3 business days. Items coming from greater distances will usually ship within 5 business days. Please allow additional standard delivery times for items shipped via Canada Post or Purolator.
Can I combine my Rebby Rewards code with another discount code?
No, our site accepts one discount code per order. We suggest using an offer that may expire first and saving any others for a future purchase.
